The Associate Director of Individual Giving is part of the Philanthropy Team and works closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer to develop and execute a comprehensive plan covering all facets of the David Lynch Foundation’s individual donor program throughout the year. This includes identifying opportunities and systems that bring in new donors, stewarding current donors to maintain and increase their donations, and utilizing a variety of methods – classic and new – to increase fundraising support, providing funds that make possible the Foundation’s essential work. The position also has responsibility for various Foundation affinity groups that support and grow individual giving programs.This is a full-time, salaried position based in the New York City offices of the Foundation in midtown Manhattan.
