I had not heard of this organization before, which sounds great (repro justice in the Muslim community!). But the salary, for Chicago, is less than ideal. If you are in a less expensive area and can convince them to work remotely, it could be a great opportunity. Also, previous experience is not listed as a requirement, so consider even if you are a little junior for a manager role.
