The successful candidate is a professional with the experience and skills to lead two unique leadership development programs targeting women and girls in Western Massachusetts. A key member of the Fund’s small staff, the Officer for Leadership Programs reports to the CEO and works closely with the Officer for Grantmaking and Community Engagement on all programmatic work. In addition, the Officer for Leadership Programs works with members of the Board of Directors and volunteers to advance program objectives. This is an exempt, full-time 40-hour per week benefited position that requires evening and weekend hours.
