Survivors Organizing for Liberation (SOL) | Buried Seedz of Resistance (BSEEDZ) is dedicated to eliminating violence within and against the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) communities in Colorado. SOL provides direct participant services including crisis intervention, information, and referrals for LGBTQ survivors of violence 24 hours a day as well as technical assistance, training, and education for community organizations, law enforcement, and mainstream service providers on violence issues affecting the LGBTQ community. This position is within BSEEDZ, which is a youth-led project that hosts various programs to build resilience and safety for LGBTQ young people and their communities. BSeedz conducts workshops, state-wide trainings, storytelling facilitation in the forms of media, art and writing, and offer various resources that help ensure the safety of LGBTQ communities.
