$46-55K – not great for Denver, especially since you will be managing a team. However, they are only looking for 1-2 years of experience, so that is, at least, reasonable. I used to volunteer for this organization, so I’m pretty fond of them.

Salary is $52-$65K, which doesn’t seem great, but environment-related jobs tend to be on the lower end of the compensation range in my experience, so maybe it’s okay for you?
