The Director of Development and Strategy will play a pivotal leadership role in strengthening Free Arts NYC’s fundraising capacity to meet our $2 million budget (2017), and in developing strategic initiatives that demonstrate impact and engage partners. This is a rewarding opportunity to work side by side with the Founder and Executive Director to chart Free Arts next phase. This position will help drive the growth of existing initiatives and also be responsible for developing and implementing new, revenue-generating business lines that expand Free Arts reach, impact, and enhance success. The position works closely with staff across the organization, and has direct responsibility for supervising the Development team.
