Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the Senior Major Gifts Officer is a key member of the Philanthropy team and will have primary responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of 100+ major donor prospects supporting the foundation’s Annual Fund. This position includes identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. This position will work to craft personalized giving strategies, providing individual major gift proposals or planned gift illustrations as appropriate. The Sr. Major Gifts Officer will collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy, Chief Advancement Officer and others to develop annual and multi-year goals and cultivation/solicitation strategies for each individual in the portfolio and manage the pipeline of opportunitie
